Our hydrolates are extracted during the steam distillation of aromatique plants for essential oils*.
Hydrolates can also be called "Floral waters" but most floral waters sold are in part or entirely made from distilled water with synthetic perfumes - Beware of imitations!
*Except for Elderflower,which is extracted using a different, but natural method.
