(Inci: Sodium Benzoate)

Sodium benzoate is preservative frequently used in foodstuffs. It eliminates yeast,bacteria and mould.It is naturally found in certain plums, cranberries, prunes, cinnamon, cloves and in apples.Use between 0.1% and 0.5% dissolved in part of the water phase(hot).More efficient when used in conjunction with GSE at 0.5%.
